Planet Comicon Kansas City is the largest comic book and pop culture convention not just in the Kansas City area, but within this entire region of the Midwest. It has a 20 year history, with the first Planet Comicon Kansas City being held in Overland Park, KS in March 1999. The 2019 show is our 20th show and will be held at Bartle Hall in downtown Kansas City.

Kansas City Comic Con is Kansas City’s hometown comic convention.
We are an all-ages show, featuring creators, vendors, and cosplay, alongside activities for the entire family.
Our ultimate goal with Kansas City Comic Con is to create a love letter to the city that has lent us its name, as well as the many fans and creators who have seen fit to put their faith in us. By hook or by crook, we will make good on that promise.

Gallifrey One is the world’s largest and longest-running annual fan-run Doctor Who convention.
Gallifrey One: Station 27, will take place on 12-14 February 2016 at the Marriott Los Angeles Airport Hotel. We will begin announcing guests for the event in the summer of 2015, with programming updates starting in the late autumn.

What’s in a name ? A time eddy is a distortion in time and space. The first Doctor was caught in a Time Eddy when the Timelords attempted unsuccessfully to transfer him to Omega’s anti-matter universe in the Three Doctors.
