We go all the way back to the First Doctor’s era with one we haven’t reviewed. But since “The Sensorites” is a long one, we’re splitting it up between 2 weeks.
In this week’s show we look at two, yes two Fourth Doctor stories. First is the third in the line of Big Finish Audios featuring Four and Leela, in the historical piece, The Wrath of the Iceni. Then we make a trip back into E-space to visit a thus far stranded Fourth Doctor and Romana II for the blood curdling story, State of Decay.
Also, some grim news as we lost some more Doctor Who connections this paste week. And some slightly uplifting things as well, we promise.
We continue our journey through E-Space with “State of Decay” for Friday Night Who this week!

In this week’s podcast we head back to the Fourth Doctor era with two stories from the scarfed one. First, we take a look at the second Big Finish Fourth Doctor audio, The Renaissance Man. Then, a peek in at the story that introduced Adric to the world with Full Circle, taking us into our first adventure in E-Space.
Plus, a look at the news of the week, including some terrific announcements for not just Series 8, but a glimpse into the future of the show with Series 9.
Also, we’ll touch briefly on some new additions to The Doctor Who Experience in Cardiff.
We keep moving into the month of January by starting a multi-week arc with the first story of the E-Space Trilogy…”Full Circle”.

Our first podcast of the New Year and in this week’s show we shrink ourselves down to enjoy an oversized episode with lots of great content.
First its a heaping portion on the First Doctor, Susan, Ian and Barbara story, Planet of Giants.
Then we take a look at the first in a series of ebook published by Penguin Publishing for the 50th Anniversary, starting with A Big Hand for the Doctor.
Then, a swan song of sorts for the IDW line of Doctor Who stories with its final issue, The Girl Who Loved Doctor Who.
And, some news for our local convention front with a big announcement for Planet ComiCon in Kansas City.
And of course, your feedback.
Enjoy!
