Earth’s Mightiest Schedule

While gearing up for the BIGGEST MOVIE OF THE SUMMER, (AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON for the uninitiated amongst you), we decided we should probably do some Doctor Who related stuff as well. And so without further ado and no fanfare whatsoever…

Hope you all bought your season eight box sets, because Friday Night Who on 4/10 is the first of Peter Capaldi’s stories, “Deep Breath”.

As we’ve already reviewed “Deep Breath” that frees up show #224 to cover the next two Big Finish 8th Doctor Adventures audios, #3 “Horror Of Glam Rock”, and #4 “Immortal Beloved”.

FNW on 4/17 is the first three parts of the Tom Baker classic “Genesis Of The Daleks”.

TTV #225 is our next “Beyond The Doctor” this time featuring Tom Baker as Sherlock Holmes in The Hound Of The Baskervilles (1982).  This one also appears to be widely available on the youtubes, (and before everyone goes nuts and says, “WHAT? WHY aren’t you dong TALONS as the pair up if you’re gonna review Tom Baker playing SHERLOCK!?!?” Our reply is… blame Glenn. No seriously. Blame Glenn. Theres no joke here.)

We’ll finish “Genesis Of The Daleks” with parts 4-6 on Friday Night Who on 4/24.

An interesting topic for TTV #226 (at least we think so,) Are the Daleks better off without Davros?

FNW 5/1 is “The Mysterious Planet” with Colin Baker.

The flip side of the coin in TTV #227 – Is Davros better off without the Daleks? We’ll tie this question in with Big Finish audio #48 “Davros”.

Friday Night Who on  5/8 is the animated “The Infinite Quest”.

And keeping with the drawn theme… Traveling The Vortex episode #228 is an update of the tenth and eleventh Doctor Titan Comics Doctor Who lines, with issues #6-12 (and an update of however far along they are with the 9th Doctor series)

And after that? Who knows? Who KNOWS!

(And no, it’s not all Glenn’s fault about Talons. Like the Cylons, we have a plan.)
