In our most recent podcast Ben mentioned in his feedback how nice of a guy Burn Gorman is and told us about a picture they took together.
Burn is a very nice guy. I met him at Chicago Tardis 2012. We did a pro photo with him and also an autograph. He was so nice that when we brought our photo to have him sign it he stopped the autograph session for us. My son and I had not looked closely at the photo. Burn had though (before the autograph session) , and he’d noticed the blurriness. So, again he stopped the line and said “hey your the ones whose photo turned out bad…let’s do another one right now”. So he got up and we went and did just that. Now that year at CT you could pay a lower rate and do a pic with your cell phone. We’d chosen the pro photo of course, but after the photographer snapped the pic Burn turned towards us and asked if we had our “mobile” on us and said let’s do one of those (free) so you have a pic for sure. I’ve attached the cell pic taken that day.
